Terms and Conditions for Employers Posting Jobs on SunriseHiring.com

1. Introduction Welcome to SunriseHiring.com, a job board operated by Sunrise Recruiting and Staffing LLC (“Sunrise”). By using our platform to post healthcare job openings, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Eligibility to Post Jobs 2.1. Employers must create an account and provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. 2.2. Sunrise reserves the right to verify the identity and credentials of Employers before granting posting privileges.

3. Job Posting Approval 3.1. All job postings submitted by Employers are subject to review and approval by Sunrise before being published on SunriseHiring.com. 3.2. Sunrise reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove job postings that:

  • Contain inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Include offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language or content.

4. Job Posting Guidelines 4.1. Job postings must be related to healthcare and medical staffing positions. 4.2. Employers are responsible for ensuring that job descriptions are accurate, clear, and compliant with all relevant employment laws. 4.3. Each posting must specify job title, location, job type (e.g., full-time, part-time, contract), and any required qualifications or certifications.

5. Responsibilities of Employers 5.1. Employers are solely responsible for the content of their job postings. 5.2. Employers must promptly inform Sunrise of any updates, cancellations, or changes to their postings. 5.3. Employers shall not post duplicate listings or use the platform for purposes unrelated to legitimate job recruitment.

6. Fees and Payments 6.1. Fees for job postings, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time of posting. 6.2. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement with Sunrise.

7. Limitation of Liability 7.1. Sunrise does not guarantee that a job posting will result in applications or successful hires. 7.2. Sunrise is not responsible for any interactions, agreements, or disputes between Employers and Job Seekers.

8. Termination and Suspension 8.1. Sunrise reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Employer’s account or remove job postings without notice for any violation of these Terms and Conditions. 8.2. Employers may terminate their account by providing written notice to Sunrise.

9. Intellectual Property 9.1. Employers grant Sunrise a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display job postings on the platform. 9.2. Employers must not use the SunriseHiring.com platform to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

10. Privacy and Data Protection 10.1. Employers agree to comply with applicable data protection laws when handling personal information of Job Seekers. 10.2. Sunrise will handle personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 11.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Sunrise Recruiting and Staffing LLC is registered. 11.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Modifications to Terms and Conditions 12.1. Sunrise reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. 12.2. Employers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
